Many of our herbs are organically grown right here on the property to insure the maximum taste and freshness. Talk to the chef in our open kitchen about which herbs they have selected for your dinner.
It is important to us to use local fresh flowers and plants indigenous to the area. Our chef buys as much local vegetables and products that we can.
